First they went after Yves Saint Laurent, for allegedly pinching the Louboutin idea of painting the soles red, and now they appear to be researching red soled shoes from around the world, so they can sue them too. Next up is a trademark infringement suit against Carmen Steffens of Brazil, whose soles also come in a shade of red (they call it "rosette").
