- 3 x Cup of tea (1 & a half teaspoon of sugar & milk)
- Pepper Steak pie
- 750ml of water
- Creamy chicken soup
- Small drumstick & chicken wing, small portion of pumpkin and 2 slices of Italian bread
- 4 wine gum sweets
- 2 x cups of green tea
- Cup of honey & lemon warm water
- Apple
- Grilled chicken salad, lettuce, avo, feta, olives with salad dressing
- 2 x 750ml water
- 20g Nik Naks
- 1 x glass of Merlot
- Sandwich and sweets
- 1 x cup of tea (1 teaspoon of sugar)
- 1 x cup of coffee (1 teaspoon sugar)
- 2 x cup of warm water
- Toasted chicken mayo on brown bread
- 750ml water
- Cup of lemon & honey warm water
- Popcorn
- Kit Kat chocolate
- Bull brand beef on 2 slices of Italian bread

I Was Feeling Down...

I have amazing friends. You should come hang with us.
I love Music. A lot. No. Seriously. It's a comfortable hiding place with no interruptions but...well, Music.
I hurt. I breath. I forgive. I move on. Its what keeps me humble. Forgiving.
I'm hard on myself. Did I tell you I'm insomniac?
I dream. Lord knows I dream. Eyes wide. Eyes shut. Sun up. Stars up.
I'm constantly searching for happiness. Stumbled across it inside myself the other day. Felt great. I think I'll go back.
I love crying. Preferably until I start laughing uncontrollably. Maybe that's just me.

"These two are obviously very capable in their own right, so to include me in this classic project is a testament of how much respect we share for one another."
"Kanye asked me to send tracks while they were in Australia," he continued. "I just thought I would send some shit that would be rugged.
