So,Ms Badu has been taking her DJing skills to the "tip top baby". She's releasing her first self produced mixtape next month. Its said to be a different sound from her normal offering. I figured it makes sense to give us something different for the ear. Different name should automatically come with a different sound, i think. She's been heard saying "will melt any DJ’s face off"
Rumour has it she might be working with Flying Lotus. This is a beautiful surprise to my heart considering the line of producers she has worked with J Dilla, 9th Wonder, Madlib, and Sa-Ra Creative Partners, to name a few.
This is the perfect birthday gift for me (18th July).
