Food Diary: Mon 22 Aug '11

• 3 x Cup of tea (1 & a half teaspoon of sugar & milk)
• Pepper Steak pie
• 750ml of water
• Creamy chicken soup
• Small drumstick & chicken wing, small portion of pumpkin and 2 slices of Italian bread
• 4 wine gum sweets

Food Diary: Tues 23 Aug '11

• 2 x cups of green tea
• Cup of honey & lemon warm water
• Apple
• Grilled chicken salad, lettuce, avo, feta, olives with salad dressing
• 2 x 750ml water
• 20g Nik Naks
• 1 x glass of Merlot
  
• Sandwich and sweets

Food Diary: Wed 24 Aug '11

• 1 x cup of tea (1 teaspoon of sugar)
• 1 x cup of coffee (1 teaspoon sugar)
• 2 x cup of warm water
• Toasted chicken mayo on brown bread
• 750ml water
• Cup of lemon & honey warm water
• Popcorn
• Kit Kat chocolate
• Bull brand beef on 2 slices of Italian bread
