Eye See Music: Flying Lotus Lovers Melt 2 Mixtape

Today I woke up feeling way too mellow. I mean, it is Friday after all. What better way to bid this week farewell than to plug in some FlyLo. Listened to Tea Leaf Dancers, Galaxy In Janaki, MmmHmm, Slow It Down and Fall In Love (Dilla Tribute). I figured I check what he's been up to (brainfeedersite.com) and came across his Lovers Melt 2 Mixtape. A summer vibe-out mix of jazz, funk, hip-hop and electronic. Whatever you want to call it, its all there. A brilliant follow up from his first Lovers Melt Mixtape Stone Throw Records urged him to put together. The first one had no track-listing, not sure about this one. Two reviews were enough to get me excited about this offering.
